Making Small, Incremental Changes For A Healthier Life
Are you frustrated with your weight?

Have you heard about organics but not sure why they are important?
Do you want to make a change in your diet but just not sure how?
Read on…
Changing our behaviors is hard. If you have tried at the start of each and every new year to make another New Year’s resolution only to find that you have fallen back to your old ways by February, you are not alone!
To truly make a change in your life, you need to tackle things one small step at a time. Research has shown that to make a new behavior a habit you can stick with, you need to do it consistently for 28 days. If you try to reduce the amount of sugar you are consuming, quit smoking and take up jogging all at the same time, the likelihood of being successful with any of these goals is very low.
However, if you try to omit sugary sodas from your life for one month, a very manageable goal, by month’s end you will probably by cola-free.
Let’s Get Started!
So, if you are ready to make some positive changes, feel more energetic, eat healthier and live better – just DO ONE THING starting this month.
These monthly challenges do not need to be done in the order listed here. Feel free to tackle them in whatever order makes sense to you.
MONTH 1: SWITCH TO ORGANIC MILK
MONTH 3: REPLACE SUGARY BREAKFAST CEREALS
MONTH 5: SWITCH TO GRASS-FED BEEF
